Founded in 2008 by three French epicureans — Christophe Leroy, Fabien Gil and Sylvain Toaldo — Horacio was born from a shared passion for fine cigars and the desire to create something authentic, refined, and distinctive.

A Story of Passion & Craftsmanship
Horacio cigars are entirely handmade, using carefully selected, aged tobacco leaves sourced from renowned regions such as Nicaragua, Ecuador and Costa Rica. Each blend is developed with precision, aiming to deliver harmony, depth, and character in every draw.
From the selection of the leaves to the final roll, every step of the process is closely supervised to ensure impeccable construction and consistent quality. The result is a portfolio of cigars with diverse profiles, designed to suit both seasoned aficionados and those exploring premium cigars for the first time.
From Estelí to the World
In 2013, Horacio moved its production entirely to Estelí, Nicaragua, a region globally recognized for its exceptional tobaccos and cigar-making expertise. This transition marked a decisive step in refining the brand’s signature liga and reinforcing its commitment to excellence.
Based in Geneva, Switzerland, Horacio Distribution coordinates the brand’s international presence, ensuring high standards across all markets. Today, Horacio is distributed in over 70 countries, confirming its growing influence in the world of premium cigars.
